Richard Wayne Allen (born November 7, 1951, Augusta, Georgia) is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Georgia’s 12th Congressional District since 2015. He is a construction contractor who founded R.W. Allen & Associates.
Allen holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. GA-12 covers the Augusta area and much of southeast Georgia.
