> Basis for Inclusion: Marc L. Andreessen holds documented governance roles on both Meta Platforms Inc. and Coinbase Global Inc. — two companies with corporate donor profiles in the Patriot University accountability knowledgebase. Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Andreessen’s venture capital firm, made significant financial contributions to Trump-aligned political vehicles in 2024, and Andreessen himself became a prominent public supporter of Trump in the 2024 election cycle. This cross-board profile is consolidated per Patriot University’s deduplication rule for individuals serving on multiple donor company boards. This profile documents the factual governance relationships, not the subject’s views.

> Subject Classification: Private Citizen / Corporate Director; Limited-Purpose Public Figure for the specific controversy of personal public political engagement in the 2024 election cycle and concurrent board roles at politically active technology companies.

> What is NOT the basis for inclusion: Andreessen’s personal political opinions, party affiliation, or general speech are NOT independently the basis for inclusion. The basis is the documented directorial roles at two politically active corporations and the documented governance accountability this creates.
