Biographical Overview

Nancy Killefer is a Senior Partner Emerita at McKinsey & Company, where she became a partner in 1992 and eventually led the firm’s global public sector practice and its Washington, D.C. office. Before McKinsey, she served as Assistant Secretary for Management, CFO, and COO at the U.S. Treasury Department. She also served as Chair of the IRS Oversight Board from 2002 to 2004.
