Russian military intelligence (GRU) conducted phishing attacks against Burisma Holdings subsidiaries in Ukraine — the energy company where Hunter Biden had served on the board. The IC assessed the GRU sought to gather material to build influence narratives targeting Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign.
