Named defendants: Yuriy Andrienko, Sergey Detistov, Pavel Frolov, Anatoliy Kovalev, Artem Ochichenko, Petr Pliskin. Charges: conspiracy to commit computer fraud and abuse, wire fraud, damaging protected computers, aggravated identity theft. Alleged operations included NotPetya malware ($10B in damage), Olympic Destroyer, KillDisk, attacks on French elections (2017), and U.S. election-related targets. All six defendants remain in Russia.
