A federal grand jury indicted Internet Research Agency LLC, Concord Management, Concord Catering, and 13 named Russian nationals — including IRA financier Yevgeny Prigozhin. The IRA had operated fake U.S. social media accounts (“Being Patriotic,” “Defend the 2nd,” “Blacktivist”) with monthly budgets of $1.25 million, reaching tens of millions of Americans.
