Goal

Use the ICIJ database to generate leads, not conclusions.

Steps

1. Open ICIJ Offshore Leaks.
2. Search entity and person separately.
3. For each hit, record role, jurisdiction, and data source (Panama, Paradise, etc.).
4. Map network view in the UI; export screenshot if allowed by your workflow.
5. Corroborate each material fact in a national registry or court file before asserting in public.
6. Write limitations: leak data is historical; entities may have legitimate purposes.

Ethics

Avoid guilt by association from appearing in leaks alone.
