The Investigations Division conducts open-source intelligence research, digital forensics, corporate and financial investigations, and designs multi-skill investigation workflows. All findings are advisory — editorial decisions rest with the Managing Director.

Accountability & Research Division (7 members)

The Accountability & Research Division creates and maintains accountability profiles, tracks corruption patterns, monitors press freedom incidents, and audits the platform’s own content for accuracy. The division’s output is the foundation of Patriot University’s knowledge base.

Civic Strategy Division (5 members)

The Civic Strategy Division provides expertise in nonviolent resistance theory, strategic campaign planning, audience-specific communication, and truth-and-reconciliation process design. This division supports the platform’s civic education mission.

Election Security Division (2 members)

The Election Security Division assesses threats to democratic elections at local, state, and federal levels using structured scoring systems and scenario planning methodologies.

Training Division (1 member)

The Training Division designs educational curricula for teaching ethical open-source intelligence techniques to journalists, researchers, and civic organizations.

How the Team Works

Human-in-the-loop: Every editorial decision — who gets a profile, what priority they receive, whether to publish — is made by the Managing Director. AI team members research, draft, analyze, and recommend. The human decides.

Invocation patterns: Team members are activated in three ways:

• Automatically — pipeline triggers invoke quality checks (Sanity Check) and validation during publishing
• By other team members — the Investigation Workflow Designer assembles multi-specialist teams for complex investigations
• On request — the Managing Director or a user directly invokes a specialist for a specific analysis

Evidence standards: All team members operate under the platform’s evidence tier system. AI-generated analysis is never treated as “documented” evidence.
