Patrick Francis Fallon (born December 15, 1967, Pittsfield, Massachusetts) is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Texas’s 4th Congressional District since 2021. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He previously served in the Texas State Senate (2013–2021). Note: Fallon was not yet in Congress when the amicus brief was filed in December 2020; he did not sign it but voted to object on January 6, 2021.
