Trump-Aligned PACs and Super PACs

Overview

This roster catalogs the political action committees and super PACs most closely associated with Donald Trump’s 2016, 2020, and 2024 campaigns and the broader MAGA / America First / Project 2025 funder ecosystem. Includes leadership PACs, victory funds, primary super PACs, joint fundraising committees, and the dark-money 501(c)(4)s that finance them.

Status: Living document. Last updated 2026-07-21 with 2026 midterm-cycle FEC filings.

Sources: Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings; OpenSecrets; CREW; Documented; ProPublica; AP; Associated Press; The Brennan Center; The Center for Public Integrity; Campaign Legal Center; Issue One; Sludge; NOTUS.

Primary Trump 2024 / 2020 Vehicles

MAGA Inc. (Make America Great Again Inc.)

  • FEC committee C00892471. Trump’s primary 2024 super PAC; replaced/superseded Save America JFC and Save America PAC after 2022 launch
  • 2024 cycle: $300M+ raised; Timothy Mellon $165M largest single donor (an OpenSecrets Aug-2024 tally that surpassed his prior $125M); Miriam Adelson significant donor; Diane Hendricks $15M
  • 2026-cycle FEC summary (current): total receipts ~$397.7M; ending cash on hand ~$400.6M; independent expenditures ~$1.7M (very low relative to receipts). A separate Form 3X snapshot showed period receipts of $102.2M and cash at close of $294.4M — the divergence reflects different reporting windows
  • Press reporting (Politico, Fox News, Jan 2026) described MAGA Inc. entering the 2026 midterm cycle with a ~$300M war chest; a July 2026 Politico piece flagged that MAGA Inc. had reached $400M cash on hand with no significant spending yet to boost midterm candidates — an unusual hoarding pattern for a candidate-focused super PAC
  • 96% of MAGA Inc.’s 2025 fundraising came from donations of $1M+ (NOTUS, “A New Generation of MAGA Megadonors Is Emerging”)
  • Run by Taylor Budowich (until he joined the WH transition); Steven Cheung also affiliated
  • [NEEDS VERIFICATION] Some sources report that $250M was offered to Trump around a possible third-term run — figure and provenance not independently confirmed in FEC filings

Save America (Trump Leadership PAC)

  • Trump’s leadership PAC, launched November 2020 with post-election fundraising
  • $135M cash raised in 2020-2021 alone via election-fraud claim emails
  • Used to pay legal bills for Trump and aides; FEC restrictions on direct candidate spending
  • Substantial DOJ investigation interest in 2022-2024

Trump 47 Committee Inc. (TJFC)

  • Joint fundraising committee for 2024 cycle splitting funds among Trump campaign, RNC, Save America, MAGA Inc., and state parties
  • Replaced the prior Trump Make America Great Again Committee

America First Action / America First Action Inc.

  • Top Trump super PAC for 2018 midterms and 2020 presidential
  • Linda McMahon chair; Brian Ballard treasurer
  • Wound down before 2024 cycle (replaced by MAGA Inc.)

Donald J Trump for President / Donald J. Trump for President Inc.

  • Trump’s principal campaign committee 2016, 2020, 2024
  • Operates per FEC contribution limits

America First / Preserve America Constellation

Preserve America PAC

  • FEC committee C00878801. Adelson-funded super PAC (Sheldon then Miriam)
  • 2024 cycle: Aggregate outside-tracker reporting attributes $100M+ (variously $95M / $100M / $106M across sources) in Miriam Adelson–linked funding. Dated OpenSecrets contributions to Preserve America PAC include $25M (Jul 26, 2024), $25M (Sept 9, 2024), $20M (Sept 17, 2024), $6M (Oct 28, 2024), $5M (May 3, 2024), and additional multi-million dated gifts
  • Additional 2024 Preserve America PAC donors of note: Elizabeth Uihlein $3M (Oct 15, 2024); Ronald M. Cameron / Mountaire Farms $2M (Oct 10, 2024)
  • 2026-cycle FEC summary (current): minimal new receipts (~$267 in the latest period), beginning cash ~$1.45M, ending cash ~$697K, disbursements ~$750K, including a $750K contribution to another committee; no reported independent expenditures. OpenSecrets aggregations still attribute >$112M in independent expenditures across the broader 2024–2026 window — the divergence reflects timing / aggregator methodology differences

America PAC (Musk)

  • FEC committee C00879510. Elon Musk’s 2024 super PAC; formed May 2024
  • Musk contributions: dated FEC entries include $5M each on Jul 3 / Jul 10 / Jul 18, 2024, $25M each on Oct 25 and Oct 31, and $40,495,178 on Nov 25, 2024. Aggregated reporting: Musk wired approximately $239M into America PAC between July 2024 and Election Day; CNN’s Feb 2025 recap of year-end FEC filings put Musk’s total 2024 election political spending above $290M. Musk was the source of ~91% of America PAC’s declared contributions as of Dec 2024
  • 2026-cycle FEC summary (current): total receipts ~$49.9M; ending cash on hand only ~$326K; total disbursements ~$51.8M; independent expenditures ~$87K — the low cash position and minimal current IE spend suggest America PAC has been substantially drawn down in the post-2024 period
  • Sludge (Dec 2025): a Musk-linked dark-money 501(c)(4) received a $75M anonymous donation — a channel that appears designed to move funds outside FEC disclosure

  • 2026-cycle FEC summary (current): total receipts ~$2.3M; total disbursements ~$9.8M; independent expenditures ~$664K; beginning cash ~$7.7M; ending cash ~$297K; ~$147K in reported debt — post-2024 draw-down, minimal 2026 activity to date

Building America’s Future / Turnout for America (2024–2026 adjacent networks)

  • Turnout for America received $11M from Diane Hendricks in 2024 (Brennan Center)
  • Broader networked outside-group activity documented in a May 2026 Campaign Legal Center complaint alleging $10M+ transfers among sibling super PACs in a MAGA-aligned network, and Issue One reporting on three previously unknown donors giving $26M to a Trump-aligned dark-money group

2025–2026 Dark-Money and Reporting-Gap Signals

  • Musk-linked 501(c)(4) received $75M anonymous donation (Sludge, Dec 2025) — a channel designed to move funds without FEC donor disclosure
  • $26M from three previously unknown donors to a Trump-aligned dark-money group (Issue One, 2025)
  • May 2026 Campaign Legal Center FEC complaint alleging AI-subvendor / cross-transfer schemes among a network of pro-Trump super PACs
  • Systematic divergence between per-period FEC Form 3X snapshots and cycle-total aggregations by OpenSecrets / press: readers should treat single filing snapshots as period-specific and cross-reference multiple filings before quoting a “total”

Fairshake PAC

  • FEC committee C00835959. Crypto-industry super PAC (Coinbase, Andreessen Horowitz, Brian Armstrong, Ripple, and other crypto-sector and venture backers)
  • 2026-cycle FEC summary (current): total receipts ~$135.6M; beginning cash ~$64.2M; ending cash ~$125.8M; independent expenditures ~$13.3M this cycle so far; $51M transferred to affiliated committees. Cash-on-hand widely reported at ~$116M as of Jan 2025 for the 2026 cycle (CNBC)
  • OpenSecrets independent-spending breakdown shows the majority of 2026 IE activity directed at Republican targets vs. Democratic targets
  • Not exclusively pro-Trump but heavily Trump-aligned in 2024 and functions as the crypto industry’s principal party-adjacent enforcement mechanism for candidates seen as friendly to crypto regulation
